Current Reports are now available

Current Reports are now live in Chadwin, enabling you to track key company developments between standard annual and quarterly filings.

Public companies are required to disclose major developments rather than waiting for their next 10-Q or 10-K. US domestic companies do this using Form 8-K, while foreign private issuers file Form 6-K for material updates shared in their home markets or with shareholders.

These reports can cover:

Earnings updates: Access updated guidance, preliminary results, or full earnings press releases as soon as a company reports them.
Acquisitions & dispositions: Learn when a company agrees to buy or sell a business, closes a deal, or disposes of major assets.
Financing changes: Monitor new debt borrowings, updates to credit facilities, or stock offerings that affect how a business funds itself.
Leadership shifts: Get immediate notice when directors or senior executives join, leave, or change roles.
Cybersecurity incidents: Understand when a company suffers a material cyber incident, including what happened and the known impact.
